l I KNEW it was going to happen.... (bangs head on counter) just not this soon.  I was minding my own buisness planting some flowers when the neighbor girls pile out of their car shouting, "Mrs Rena we heard you had some chickens"!  Now folks the OWNER of the salon I get my hair done and his wife came over a month ago to see the greenhouse and pick up some plants to start a garden.  Yes, they DID see the chickens.  So the old saying about telling your hair dresser wellllll  IT"S TRUE!!  There should be some kind of regulations like in healthcare about spilling personal info about your clients.  It should be in the rules, you can't tell one client about another clients CHICKENS!  Neighbor number 2 says that he has no problem with the chickens.  I am unsure whether I believe him.  He did make it clear that he would like his kids to be able to see them, I was like SURE!  He's not be very farm savvy because he asked if we had a rooster.  I almost busted out a laugh.  I said, " Uhhh no- if we had one you would of heard it".  I will keep you updated on how this pans out.
I have to report that we are not very good secret chicken keeping people.
a.  One of us left the box the chickens came in out at the street.. UHH it says Live Chicks on the box...
b.  Matthew repeatedly shouts while we are in the yard, "I am going down to see the chickens"!
c.   We left the chicken food bags in the trashcans and I know NN1 (nosey neighbor 1) goes through the trash.
d.   You would have to be blind not to see a palate  of Organic chicken grain in the back of my truck wrapped in saran   wrap.

F... YES we should just skip to F because we deserve an F for failure in covert chicken operations.. we totally bite.
