For weeks..    (ok months)  I have been asking (ok harassing) my sister about finding a pick your own citrus in the Orlando area.  I wanted to take the kids to get some yummmy oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruit.  As we are coming into Orlando when  we noticed that it was not yet time to check in.  I called my Sis and told her we were going to stop by to say hello for an hour or so......  We start into her Neighborhood and what do I see????  A sign handwritten with the words pecans and Oranges written on it???  It is a block from her house.  The first words out of my mouth are uhhhhh did you not notice that there is a PICK YOUR OWN  like right here???  We load up the kids and in less then an 10 minutes we have 2 well packed sacks of fresh off the trees YUMMY oranges.  They were 3 bucks for a walmart bag ..basically 22 huge oranges.  You know what I ate for breakfast at the hotel this am?? You bet yummmy delish oranges.    As we were loading up the kids I asked the lady, "Do you have any honey"  She said I sure do.  They traded out honey for the use of the orchard.  The beekeeper gets wonderful orange blossom honey and the owner gets her trees properly pollinated.
 Beats seeing Mickey overgrown mouse ANY day!  Pics coming when I get home.
